We require a $1,000 down payment which goes towards your stay. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. This allows you to lock in your dates with a manageable deposit while giving you time to prepare for your trip.
Your down payment is non-refundable, but it may be transferable to another home or set of dates if changes are made at least 60 days before arrival. If you cancel 59 days or less prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to a hurricane, mandatory evacuation, or another event caused by Mother Nature. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Some of our properties require a small, refundable security deposit, while others include a damage protection fee instead. Full details will be shown during checkout so there are no surprises.

Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card, a 3% merchant processing fee will apply.
