Booking is simple! You can reserve directly through our website for the best rates on Clearwater Beach rentals and other Florida vacation homes. Just choose your dates, select your property, and confirm your stay with our secure checkout. A confirmation email is sent immediately after booking.
We require a $1000 down payment which goes towards your stay. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
At Golden Coast Rentals, we understand that plans can change — that’s why we always recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Please note that your down payment is non-refundable, but it may be transferable to another home or set of dates if changes are made at least 60 days before arrival.
If you cancel 59 days or less prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to a hurricane, mandatory evacuation, or another event caused by Mother Nature affecting your travel dates.
Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while ensuring each of our Clearwater Beach and Florida vacation homes remains available for guests who are ready to travel.
All our homes come fully equipped — from fresh linens and towels to kitchen essentials, Wi-Fi, and streaming-ready TVs. Many homes also feature private pools, beach gear, and outdoor entertainment spaces.
We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts whenever possible! Just contact us ahead of time so we can confirm availability with our cleaning and maintenance teams.
Select Golden Coast homes are pet-friendly. You’ll find this noted in the property description. A small pet fee may apply to ensure extra cleaning and care for future guests.

Most of our homes are either direct beachfront or within a short walk to the sand. Each listing includes exact distance and beach access information, so you’ll always know how close you are to paradise.
